Animal Behavior College held its ninth graduation ceremony for our In-Classroom Dog Trainer Program graduates on Friday, February 23, 2018. These graduates have spent the final 5 months mastering optimistic canine coaching methods and making use of their information at Best Friends Animal Shelter.
“I admire these graduates for their dedication, tenacity and willingness to make a difference in the lives of animals,” mentioned teacher Beth Harrison, ABCDT-L2. “They will face many challenges as professional dog trainers, but they are well-equipped and will be able to embrace whatever comes their way.”
Our In-Classroom Dog Trainer Program gives conventional studying for many who choose a classroom atmosphere with one-on-one instruction. It is obtainable twice a yr in February or March (spring class) and in August or September (fall class). In addition, this system is permitted to coach veterans and different eligible individuals beneath the provisions of Title 38, United States Code.
Enrollment for our spring class is now open. Deadline is March 19, 2018.
